The primary responsibilities of the Senior Developer – ServiceNow include day-to-day administration, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Service Now platform to align the system with key Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes and partners with end users to create and modify process workflows, reports, and dashboards. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Venetian Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures.
