The primary responsibility of the Expeditor – Guest Services is to dispatch guests' requests quickly and efficiently to the appropriate department contact. The Expeditor also acts as a liaison between Housekeeping and Front Office staff to ensure accurate updating of the guest's suite status. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort's policies, practices, and procedures.
