This internship is designed for students who want to turn classroom knowledge into real marketing impact. As a member of our marketing team, you'll help shape how our professional education programs are promoted, developing experience in social media advertising, email marketing, content publishing, and performance tracking along the way. You'll work with industry tools like WordPress, Marketo, Meta, LinkedIn and more; collaborate with experienced marketing professionals; and see how creative ideas connect to measurable results. By the end of the internship, you'll have tangible experience, a clearer understanding of how modern marketing campaigns come together from start to finish, and functional skills that translate directly to careers in marketing and advertising.

Digital Promotions: In collaboration with the marketing team, develop and execute compelling social media ads that highlight the value of our programs and blogs for various audiences on a variety of platforms. Suggest and create content for accompanying organic posts and posts for programs with no budget, posting these through Sprout Social. Master lnk.bio and keep it updated in conjunction with the ad content. Utilizing AI tools, help create promotional email content and build the emails in Marketo. Coordinate with our graphic design intern for needed assets.
Newsletter and Blog Support: Create monthly newsletters for distribution to established lists, coordinating closely with the marketing team on content and timing. Post blog content on the appropriate site.
Budget Tracking: Engage in monthly tracking activities for each program, in coordination with the marketing team. Pull reports as needed from Sprout Social to demonstrate marketing success.
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize a must. A strong candidate possesses excellent writing and communication skills, is highly-organized, and confident working in a self-directed atmosphere. Professional demeanor required. Assistant will report to one individual but work with multiple members of the marketing team.
