BCBA Opportunity - Home-Based ABA Services (BPS Contract)
We have an exciting Boston Public Schools (BPS) partnership providing home-based ABA services for students who need extra support outside the classroom. This role is ideal for a BCBA who loves flexibility and meaningful work-without the stress of billable hours or heavy administrative tasks.
Part-Time, Hourly $75-$85/hour Year-Round Position No Billables, No Assessments No Work on School Holidays or Snow Days
Most sessions occur after-school hours and some weekends, with the possibility of occasional morning hours in-school.
What You'll Do
- Provide ABA services in-home for BPS students needing supplemental or non-traditional support
- Collaborate with school teams and families for seamless care
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians as needed
- Focus on quality care-not paperwork stress
What We're Looking For Active BCBA certification Massachusetts LBA license Experience in home or school-based settings Excellent communication and teamwork skills
