Job Summary

Join the Sales Support & Account Management (SSAM) team as a strategic leader responsible for driving operational excellence, managing a high-performing team, and executing business strategies. This role leverages subject matter expertise, advanced customer service skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle complex tasks and lead cross-functional initiatives. You'll oversee team output, resolve escalations, and partner across departments to streamline workflows and improve service continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of sales support professionals.
  • Translate senior leadership directives into clear, actionable team initiatives.
  • Provide territory reporting and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage escalations and ensure high-quality customer responses.
  • Collaborate with AB Sales Lead to deliver customer updates and broker feedback.
  • Drive cross-functional reviews and share best practices across teams.
  • Support strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Enhance standard operating procedures and track productivity metrics.

Skills and Background You’ll Need

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (required)

EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years in customer service (required)
  • 3–5 years of direct leadership experience (required)
  • Account management experience (preferred)

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • CLU or ChFC designations (preferred)

MUST-HAVES:

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Experience driving operational effectiveness and continuous improvement

Salary Range: $57,750.00 - $92,250.00
