Our client is an award-winning global integrator supporting a major branch of our Armed Forces. They have an immediate need for an Administrative Support Specialist. This is a fully ON-SITE position near Lackland, TX, offering the opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Armed Forces branch by managing tasks, scheduling, documentation, reporting, SharePoint maintenance, and system updates to ensure effective real property accountability and installation management.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens with an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Deliver administrative support to ensure reliable and credible expertise in advancing the client's global real property accountability and installation management mission.
Assist with administrative responsibilities including task management, timekeeping, and federal reporting requirements.
Coordinate meetings, prepare and duplicate presentation materials, draft agendas, edit/review documents, and record/distribute meeting minutes as requested.
Take on assignments that may require learning and applying government programs to complete tasks effectively.
Maintain and update the client's SharePoint site and manage the client's file plan as directed by leadership.
Utilize government-issued laptops and software to attend virtual meetings and perform updates in the client's systems and applications.
Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have a Bachelor's degree
Bring administrative experience in professional office environments
Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred: Prior experience working with the Department of Defense / Armed Forces Branches, experience with technical writing/editing
