Position Summary
The Marketing Manager-Shared leads marketing efforts at the Kentucky Sports Factory in Madisonville, KY. This role will be responsible for creating and executing marketing strategies, managing brand presence, and driving customer engagement for each location. The ideal candidate has experience with multi-site management, facility marketing, and social media execution. Key responsibilities include overseeing digital campaigns, managing content creation, optimizing SEO, and reporting on KPIs to align with overall business goals.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each complex; project manage execution and timeline
- Coordinate digital and traditional campaigns based on client goals; manage social media, SEO, email marketing campaigns, and online engagement
- Generate content and deliverables according to marketing plan including written blog posts, ad copy, graphic design deliverables, and social media
- Analyze and report performance metrics to General Manager and key stakeholders; adjust strategies according to client goals and KPI's
- Participate in monthly/annual business planning, marketing review, and other key account calls to influence SFC-managed venue marketing strategy
- Lead on-site client/team presentations to review marketing department services, liaison with clients, or lead critical initiatives. Travel up to 30% of the role
- Lead SFC National Marketing Co-op Program activation including creative execution, internal stakeholder buy-in, and reporting
- Manage each venue marketing budget in collaboration with the General Manager
- Liaison with any marketing vendors including print vendors, signage, website, etc.
- Coordinate sponsorship fulfillment process for marketing deliverables
- Other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications
- 5-7 years' experience in a similar or comparable position
- Understand business basics (professionalism, reading a P&L, creating a budget, making a project management plan)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite publishing tools relevant to the application
- Passionate about marketing, brand-building, and client service
Working Conditions And Physical Demands
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend
