The most important part of the job is greeting customers and chatting with them about the product. We don’t push our employees to make sales, but it is important that you have a good bit of cooking knowledge or tea knowledge you can use in conversation with the customers. Must be able to operate a point of sale system, brew loose leaf teas, put labels on products, fill bags and tins with product, and clean up as you go.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
