As Operations Admin Coordinator, you ensure the smooth running of all administrative tasks that support our business operations. With that we mean, you are responsible for the quality of our guests' experience by providing essential administrative support to the team to ensure they can completely focus on our community.
At The Social Hub, your growth is at the forefront, and you will be closely supported by your Community Manager to make sure you grow in skills and within the company if you wish so. From the get-go, you will go through our special The Social Hub hospitality and hosting onboarding, making sure everybody in our hubs understand and share our common hospitality and hosting skills and attitude. On top of that, we will bring you up to speed on our administrative & Finance SOPs, hotel management systems and all finance related tasks around operations. We will make sure to set you up in your specialist area and support you towards becoming a master in that area!
