This is a pivotal new (permanent full-time) leadership opportunity for a relationship-driven fundraising professional with a strong track record in major gifts, philanthropy and team leadership. Based in Redfern, Sydney with hybrid/flexible working arrangements.
Reporting to the General Manager, Transformational Gifts, the Philanthropy Manager is responsible for leading a national philanthropy team focused on acquiring, growing and retaining high-value donor relationships, including Ultra/High Net Worth Individuals (U/HNWI) and strategic philanthropic partners.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on relationship management, driving revenue growth while ensuring donors experience meaningful engagement and measurable impact. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop compelling funding propositions aligned to organisational priorities and key campaigns.
