We are seeking a full-time IT service desk analyst for a full-time permanent opportunity at THQ Blackburn, VIC, tasked with providing a truly exceptional, customer focused technology service to drive excellence and performance of IT services. As a service desk analyst, you will provide an exceptional customer experience for our 10,000 strong geographically dispersed workforce and strive to understand the customer's needs, issues and requirements to ensure a fast and appropriate solution is delivered.

Required work experience: To be considered for the role you must have worked as a service desk analyst or on an IT help desk for at least 1 year in a large ITIL aligned organisation.

To be successful in this role you must have a degree in computer science or similar.
