Are you passionate about supporting your community? We are seeking a dedicated Crisis Accommodation Support Worker! You will provide consistent support to young men, women and families with implementation of case management plans. Our Youth Services Program based in Upton Road provides highly supportive & therapeutic youth refuge accommodation to young people & families experiencing significant crisis and homelessness.
The program works intensively with young people to address issues that contribute to their unique experience of crisis & homelessness, with a particular focus on assisting young people to:
All Upton Rd Youth Services staff work within a psychologically informed practice environment and expected to work creatively towards ensuring that the support needs of all young people are the first priority.
The program operates a 24 hour, 7 days per week case management model and all staff are expected to actively participate in the life of the program and in the support of young people residing within.

This is a casual position that will work across a range of shifts, including weekends, evenings and active overnight shifts. Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHCADS Level 4.
