Casual Sales Assistant

An opportunity for talented, values-driven Casual Sales Assistants to support day-to-day operations and contribute to an inspiring in-store experience for our team, customers and community members. Reporting to the Store Manager, we are looking for casuals to support Salvos Stores located in Adelaide's northern suburbs.

Key Responsibilities

• Retail sales and operation of Point of Sale devices;
• Sort, price and prepare donations for sale.
• Assist in the development and coordination of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service.
• Display stock in correct departments, following policy and procedure.
• Follow Occupational Health and Safety policy and procedures.
• Demonstrate TSA core values in all work related activities.

About You

• Retail sales experience - highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Genuine passion and ability to deliver outstanding results.
• Alignment with our values of integrity, respect, compassion, collaboration, and diversity.
• High energy, hand-on individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a rolling roster including weekends and preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area.
