How will you make an impact? As a student working as a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide basic support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain valuable work experience while balancing their academic commitments.

What will you do?

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Upload invoices into customers EDI platforms
  • Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Fluent in German and English languages
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
