Technical Process Technician
Reports To: Injection Process Engineer

Summary Of The Position:
Under the direct supervision of the Injection Process Engineer, is responsible for the preparation of the machines for the necessary production and the adjustments of the equipment to ensure quality, safety and production in the Manufacturing areas.
Responsibilities:
- Release of the first piece to the quality department and obtaining the required documentation.
- Responsible for the proper care of molds and machines, as well as inspecting the mold during and after installation.
- Monitor the machine cycle times and ensure they are below a normal cycle, responsible for correcting and/or reporting cycles out of performance.
- Responsible for the machine adjustments approved by the Process Engineer through the parameter sheets.
- Responsible for the supervision of the performance of its machines in charge and is responsible for writing the work orders when necessary.
- Ensures that the conditions described in its work BOM are adequate in its machine.
- Responsible for the care of the machine and mold during its production run.
- Responsible for maintaining the 5S of its area.
- Active member of KAIZEN events, A3 Analysis, PPI Projects as required.
- Executes validation activities under the supervision of its Process Engineer.
- Active member of the 4Dx teams.
- Timely filling of documents established in the DHR.
- Responsible for reporting safety and quality problems in machine and mold.
- Participate in training sessions on environmental matters (to which they are summoned).
- Perform its tasks and responsibilities respecting the controls for the care of the environment and the integrity of employees.
- Participate in the 4 Disciplines of Execution.
- Participate in PPI activities.
