We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team and support customer operations in a dynamic and regulated environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing order processing, supporting tender and contract activities, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer requests. You will act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, ensuring alignment and efficiency across all processes.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Support tender, quotation, and contract administration activities
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate order execution, including shipment follow-up and documentation
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in ERP and CRM systems
- Identify and support process improvement opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and timely issue resolution
Qualifications:
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with order management processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Preferred:
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, QAD)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Experience with tenders and contract management
- Knowledge of GMP, ISO standards, or regulated environments
- Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries
