Join our team as a Senior Client Services Project Manager where you'll lead complex, high-impact projects that enable our customers to make breakthrough scientific discoveries. You'll serve as a trusted advisor managing end-to-end project delivery while building strong client relationships across our organization. This role combines leadership, technical expertise, and operational excellence to ensure successful implementation of our scientific solutions.
Location:
This is a remote role based in the United States or Canada.
A day in the life:
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-level client services projects
Drive project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and execution
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring high-quality delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scientific and technical solutions
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project management best practices
Mentor and support team members to drive operational excellence
Keys to success:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in project management in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or related industries or Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent highly desirable
Experience:
Demonstrated experience managing complex, large-scale enterprise projects from inception through delivery
Advanced technical expertise in scientific software implementation, validation, and quality management systems
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across multiple organizational levels
Experience driving process improvements and supporting team development
Knowledge, skills, abilities:
Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, and revenue tracking)
Advanced understanding of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise/project management systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Ability to travel up to 30%
Additional language skills are a plus

Compensation:
The salary range estimated for this position based in Michigan is $84,400.00–$140,000.00.
