Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our expanding Service Contracts team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic account management. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about sales and eager to contribute to the success of a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers to drive business growth.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions by promoting our products/services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive account management and business development activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the Service team, to deliver value to customers and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
  • Provide product/service information, pricing details, and proposals to support customer decision-making.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to enhance sales strategies.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product/service knowledge and sales capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
