Join our vibrant Instrument and Enterprise Services division in the United Kingdom, traveling frequently throughout the UK and Europe to provide support to our customers.

A Day In The Life:

Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of HR-ICP-MS, GD-MS and MC-ICP-MS instruments. Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving technical issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and find opportunities for improvement.

Education

Degree or equivalent experience in Physics, Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of three years' experience with HR-ICP-MS and/or MC-ICP-MS instruments. Experience in a laboratory, technical support, or scientific instrumentation environment preferred. Proficient in English; additional European languages are an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Excellent ability to solve problems effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with digital tools for documentation and reporting.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Preparedness to travel widely throughout the UK and Europe (around 75% of the time), including overnight accommodations when necessary. A valid UK driver's licence and passport are required.
