A Day in the Life:

• Deployment in the field of membrane manufacturing
• Optimization and development of existing production processes and technologies to ensure the highest product quality and appropriate costs at 100% delivery service
• Qualification, validation, and introduction of new raw materials, products, and processes
• Planning, leading, and implementing projects
• Conducting root cause analyses and structured problem-solving as well as in-depth process analyses to recognize and implement performance, quality, and yield improvements
• Strategic orientation of technical development
• Cross-functional contact person for internal interfaces in the international network

The Key to Success:

• Master/Diploma in the field of process engineering
• Professional experience in the production environment for the manufacturing and functioning of membranes from polymeric raw materials (polymer chemistry / plastics)
• Good analytical skills and structured, independent working style
• Experience in project management and process optimization with statistical process analysis including Lean Six Sigma knowledge
• Excellent communication skills, team skills, as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness
• Good German and English language skills
