The Mechanical Engineering team is one of the teams in the Research and Development organization for Transmission Electron Microscopes (TEM). This group is committed to developing breakthrough technologies, systems and modules that enable us to deliver innovative TEM microscopes for our demanding markets and customers. We are striving to convert the most promising technological concepts into real products - with the purpose to enable our customers to make the world cleaner, healthier and safer!
As Mechanical Intern Engineer you will join an enthusiastic and driven team responsible for all mechanical aspects of our High-End TEM modules or sub-systems. In your project you can see your designs grow from a conceptual idea to a tangible solution for our customers. Your challenge will be to find solutions for technological sophisticated problems, meeting the needs of multiple technical discipline, whilst satisfying business goals. The position will allow you to grow both in technical and business skills. We will challenge you to get the best out of yourself! You will report directly to the group manager of the Mechanical team within the TEM R&D organization.
