Job Description: Position Summary

We are looking for a friendly, approachable IT Analyst – Deskside Support to join our team onsite in Roskilde, with occasional trips to our site in Allerød as well. This is a highly interactive role where you will be the face of IT Support, working closely with end users across the sites.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly with people at all levels of technical understanding, and who thrives in a hands-on, people-focused environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to IT support for onsite end-users, delivering a responsive, high-quality deskside experience
  • Carry out IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) to support evolving business needs
  • Take ownership of technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and application problems independently
  • Manage and prioritise incident and service request queues to ensure timely resolution
  • Escalate complex or critical issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring smooth handovers
  • Set up, configure and maintain laptops and desktops, including imaging and break/fix support
  • Provide reliable support for printers, scanners and mobile devices in line with company standards
  • Deliver advanced (Level 2/3) support for local issues with PCs, printers, scanners, phones, etc.

Requirements:

  • Technician or Bachelor's degree within IT with technical focus - or equivalent, solid experience from similar roles
  • 3+ years' hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including PC management and deskside support
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID; familiarity with validated/regulated environments is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to effective solutions
  • Experience supporting enterprise environments, including troubleshooting network connectivity (VPN, wireless), Active Directory, security incidents, servers, and business applications
  • Ability to create, update, and follow Knowledge Base (KB) articles for issue resolution and escalation
  • Knowledge within Automation and how to use AI driven resolutions
  • ITIL certification or knowledge of service management frameworks would be a plus
