This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of HR in Denmark during a parental leave cover (May-September). You will act as the primary HR partner to our manufacturing site in Roskilde and support our other divisions on a local scale as well, working hands-on with both operational and employee-related topics. This role requires someone who is comfortable working independently, understands the local Danish context, and can confidently support managers in day-to-day HR matters. You will be part of a Nordic HR team, with support from your manager and global HR functions – but locally, you are the go-to HR person.
