We are looking for a Service Technician/Field Service Engineer (M/W/D) for the region of Hamburg - North Germany.

Your main tasks include the organization and execution of commissioning and service work. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates transitioning with a technical education.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic, mechanical, and medical technical devices
  • Being the contact person for our customers, instructing them in the devices, and ensuring the technically flawless and economical execution of service work
  • Coordinating the dates of commissioning and service work, e.g., with the construction supervisor, project manager, sales, service internal department, and our customers
  • Being responsible for the plant and system documentation and creating the associated documents (e.g., test lists, statistics, error logs); you advise the customer regarding repair or new acquisition

Your profile includes:

  • Technical training
  • You have a completed vocational training as a medical technician, electrician/master electrician, or equivalent with more than several years of professional experience or comparable qualification
  • Experience as an electrical specialist
  • You have the necessary qualification and training in instruments to carry out electrical tests in accordance with currently valid standards
  • Travel readiness and flexibility:
  • You are ready to travel, mainly within the service region, but also within Germany
  • Communication skills:
  • You have good German and English language skills, as good communication skills serve as a basis for customer retention
