Installation & Setup
Delivery & Installation: Transport IC instruments to customer laboratories, confirm installation sites, and perform piping and wiring.
Initial Setup & Operation Check: Power up the instrument, install software, configure initial parameters, and verify basic operation.
Customer Training: Explain and train customers on basic operation, software use, and routine maintenance methods.
Maintenance & Inspection
Regular Maintenance: Visit customer sites periodically under contract to clean the instrument, replace consumables, verify operation, and perform calibration.
Preventive Maintenance: Identify potential issues early and perform inspections or part replacements to prevent failures.
Report Preparation: Record maintenance/inspection results and submit reports to customers.
Repair & Troubleshooting
Failure Diagnosis: Respond to customer calls, check the situation via phone or remote access, and visit as needed to identify the cause of the failure.
Repair Work: Replace defective parts, make adjustments, or correct software issues to restore normal operation.
Emergency Support: Provide rapid response when customer experiments are impacted.
Technical Support & Training
Technical Inquiries: Answer customer questions regarding operation, analysis methods, or troubleshooting via phone, email, or site visits.
Advanced Training: Provide specialized training tailored to customer needs on advanced operations and applications.
Information Sharing: Provide customers with updates on new applications and technical information.
Note: Overseas business trips may be required.
