Environmental Conditions: Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Job Description

• Responsible for the development and update of the Process Sheets.
• Responsible for the development and execution of the validation and re-validation processes of the molds.
• Develops root cause analysis of first-hand problems in processes, molds, and machinery.
• In coordination with the quality department, works on the development, follow-up, and compliance of the corrective/preventive actions resulting from NCR's, CAPA, Internal/External Audits, Customer Complaints.
• Responsible for the writing of protocols and validation reports of the molds.
• Responsible for the payroll and schedules of the process technicians.
• Responsible for the assurance of the resources for the compliance of the production plan.
• Determines and buys the necessary tool for the activities of its process technicians.
• Responsible for the monitoring of downtime, scrap, and efficiency of the equipment.
• Responsible for the follow-up of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis for injection, injection blow molding, and extrusion blow molding processes.
• Generates and develops PPI projects that result in savings and cost reduction.
• Responsible for the maximum and minimum inventories of its productive areas.
• Comply with the activities related to the safe meter.
• Participate in training sessions on environmental and safety matters (to which you are summoned).
• Perform your tasks respecting the controls for the care of the environment and the integrity of employees.
• Participate in weekly talks on environmental and safety matters.
• Report the Hazard ID pertinent that you identify in your activities in matters of environmental and safety.
• Participate in the 4 Disciplines of Execution.
• Participate in PPI activities.
• Evaluate the personnel under your charge.
