As a member of the Sales Development team at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll contribute to strategic growth and build meaningful partnerships in serving science.
What you will do:
Drive growth through identification and conversion of new business opportunities associated with customer inflection points and high value problems.
Leverage close customer intimacy to identify critical needs and develop new business opportunities.
Align Thermo Fisher Scientific solutions and roadmaps with customer roadmap, makes strategic marketing roadmap actionable
Drive higher utilization and efficiency with our tools and workflow to make Thermo Fisher the solution of record and grow adoption
Prioritize our strategic customers' unique needs, pain points, and goals
Memory, HBM & packaging technology expertise
Foresee market trends and align product offerings with the customer's long-term business objectives.
Partner closely with global account and regional sales teams
Increased APJ pipeline and execution consistency
Own regional account penetration and stakeholder engagement
Organize workshops and site visits targeting new customers
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive strategy to maximize business opportunities
Requirements:
Masters Degree plus 8 years of successful sales or business development experience in semiconductor industry
Preferred Fields of Study: Engineering, Physics or related field
Strong understanding of relevant scientific applications and workflows within assigned market segment
Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
Proficiency in developing and executing territory business plans
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive relationships
Technical expertise relevant to assigned product portfolio
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to travel 25% or as required by the business need
Fluency in English; additional languages valuable for international roles
