Develop and implement tactical account plans to define objectives and account strategies. Meet or exceed business sales target on a quarterly and yearly basis - Proactively explore markets, develop potential customers, identify sales opportunities to expand market coverage and deepen penetration. Master technical knowledge of life science reagent products and their workflows, including features, competitive advantages, and their applications in fields etc. Collect and supervise market demand and trends and competition, gain market intelligence, and support data-driven market strategies- Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery. Participate promotional campaigns through attending in industry trade shows, academic conferences, and technical seminars to enhance product visibility.
