We're looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Commercial Insurance team. In this role, you'll manage the overall service and administration of client accounts. You'll work independently and collaboratively to support client needs, coordinate with carriers, and ensure timely, accurate service. This is a client-facing role where you'll use your knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance to maintain and enhance long-term relationships while supporting client profitability. This position involves managing a complex book of business, taking a lead role in retention efforts, and contributing to broader departmental goals. This position offers flexibility with the option to work remotely; however, we value in-person collaboration and require some onsite participation for training, team building, and strategic meetings. The team aims to meet in person at least once a week to maintain cohesion. Qualified candidates must be residents of VT, NH, MA, or NY.

$65,000 - $85,000 a year
Starting at $65,000, depending on experience, plus a $1,000 signing bonus. The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate of the base pay for this position. Actual salary will be determined based on the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, and abilities.
