Technical Support Specialist

This is not an IT or computer-related role — we're looking for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in electrical systems, automotive repair, HVAC, or similar fields.

Onin Staffing is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AC units and HVAC equipment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday.

Pay rate: $20-25/hr.

Temp to perm.

What You'll Do:

• Provide over-the-phone and virtual support to customers and technicians
• Guide users through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting steps
• Read and interpret technical diagrams or manuals
• Document issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers of all backgrounds

You're a Good Fit If You Have:

• Mechanical aptitude or experience in HVAC, automotive repair, or electrical systems
• Ability to diagnose and walk others through repairs
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required
