What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative:

• You'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist homeowners and fabricators in selecting the perfect stone products by sharing your product knowledge.
• Create accurate and efficient online orders using the client system.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and ensure all outgoing shipments are complete and documented.
• Keep the office area organized and well-stocked.
• Perform additional office duties as needed.

The Preferred Candidate Might:

• Possess a minimum of two years of experience in customer service
• Be proficient using Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to help others
• Be able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Have previous experience with natural stone slabs (preferred) we offer comprehensive on-the-job training covering both natural stone and man-made products.
