What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing software delivery team
- Drive delivery of quality, customer facing products using industry best practices
- Oversee software releases and provide production support
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and customers

- Proven engineering leadership and technical expertise
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and coaching skills
- Deep understanding of software architecture and agile methods
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
