We're seeking a Partnership and Operations Manager to play a critical role in the success and growth of the 50-50 Charity Raffle and the broader Charitable Games portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Partnerships Manager, this role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with charity and sporting not-for-profit partners, while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the raffle. You'll work at the intersection of partnerships, operations, events and innovation — ensuring our digital fundraising products are delivered seamlessly, professionally and at scale.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with charity, sporting and not-for-profit partners, agencies and suppliers
  • Contribute to the delivery of professional fundraising products that raise significant funds for charities, sporting club foundations, and good causes
  • Develop and support strategies to increase revenue for the 50-50 Charity Raffle
  • Oversee end-to-end raffle operations, including game day planning, delivery, logistics, marketing and technology setup
  • Coordinate and support a network of on-the-ground staff across the country to deliver successful game day operations
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver projects aligned to the Charitable Games strategic plan
  • Support product management activities including governance, risk and compliance, finance, reporting and process improvement
  • Help build product brand awareness and support retention and acquisition strategies to grow consumer engagement
  • Contribute to the delivery of creative, innovative and best-in-class technology solutions

What you'll bring

You'll be someone who combines strong operational capability with excellent stakeholder management skills and a genuine passion for purpose-led work.

Key capabilities and experience include:

  • Proven experience delivering fast-paced events, operations and logistics management
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility, trust and influence across diverse internal and external groups
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident approach
  • Experience delivering strategic projects that meet business objectives and create positive customer or community outcomes
  • High levels of accountability, attention to detail, adaptability and comfort working in a changing environment
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and willingness to try new ways of working
  • A genuine passion for Charitable Games' purpose and community impact

Qualifications and background:

  • A degree in business, communications, event management or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience in running events is essential
  • Experience in one or more of the following sectors is beneficial: Marketing, sponsorship, business development, charity, sport, administration or not-for-profit
