About The Role
Clutch is seeking a data-driven, process-oriented, and strategic leader to join their team as Director of Revenue Operations. This individual will play a critical role in designing the systems, workflows, and insights that power Clutch's go-to-market engine across customer acquisition, retail sales, dealer transactions, and post-sale experiences.
Revenue Systems & Process Optimization
- Design and implement scalable, tech-enabled workflows across the revenue lifecycle.
- Own the GTM tech stack, with a primary focus on optimizing HubSpot CRM for automation, reporting, and data integrity.
- Lead the adoption and utilization of tools like Gong to drive performance insights and messaging consistency.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to build internal tools that enhance operational efficiency.
- Define service-level agreements (SLAs), hand offs, and documentation to ensure alignment across functions.
Revenue Forecasting & Analytics
- Oversee revenue forecasting models across all business lines.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and scenario planning to support executive decision-making.
- Conduct performance analysis and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Present weekly insights to leadership teams to inform strategic direction.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing RevOps team focused on systems, enablement, and analytics.
- Set clear goals, coach for high performance, and foster a culture of experimentation and adaptability.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations, ideally in high-growth e-commerce or consumer-facing environments.
- Deep expertise with HubSpot CRM, including configuration, automation, and system integrations.
- Strong financial acumen with a background in forecasting, modeling, and performance analytics.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading and scaling teams in fast-paced, data-centric environments.
- Hands-on mindset with a willingness to execute directly when needed, especially during periods of rapid growth or change.
- Interest or experience in automotive, online marketplaces, or consumer tech a plus.
- Previous experience in a Series C or Series D startup, where scale, ambiguity, and speed coexist a plus.
