Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
• Promote and sell memberships with enthusiasm
• Efficiently book and manage salon services
• Follow up on leads to expand our client base
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall guest experience

Requirements:

• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
