Remote Customer Service Representative

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about organization and customer satisfaction? LaSalle Network is partnering with a client seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative for a late shift position.

In this role, you'll be the primary contact for incoming calls regarding healthcare benefits, life insurance, disability plans, and other HR-related services. You'll educate callers on benefits and processes, process enrollments, resolve issues, research requests, and assist with projects as needed.

Requirements:

• HS diploma or GED
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Strong verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
• Consistent commitment to exceptional customer service
