LaSalle Network is hiring a.NET Software Engineer to support a high-visibility, enterprise-level platform build for a global investment organization. This .NET Software Engineer will play a critical role in launching a brand-new, multi-asset portfolio management system for the U.S. market.

This is not maintenance work. This is a capitally funded, greenfield initiative with global exposure. The .NET Software Engineer will collaborate with U.S. and global based teams, balancing a fast-paced domestic environment with an established international delivery model.

What's the job?

• Design and develop scalable applications using C#.NET Core
• Build and enhance front-end components with React / React Native
• Partner with global teams across engineering, QA, and DevOps
• Contribute to AWS-based infrastructure and cloud deployments
• Support CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
• Translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions

What's needed?

• Strong experience as a.NET Software Engineer using C# .NET Core
• Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, or React Native
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
• Strong communication skills across distributed/global teams
• Ability to navigate fast-paced and evolving environments
