Member Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from clients with speed and professionalism
• Input updates into internal client systems accurately and efficiently
• Review and respond to voicemails and inbox messages
• Securely handle sensitive customer information
• Scan, file, and deliver documents within the organization
• Retrieve and mail documentation as needed
• Jump in to support general requests and team needs

Member Service Representative Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in call center/customer service and administrative roles
• Quick and accurate data entry skills
• Excellent communicator, both written and spoken
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing sensitive data
