What You'll Do:

• Manage employee data entry and maintenance within Workday
• Support background check and onboarding processes
• Post job descriptions and assist with talent acquisition coordination
• Maintain accurate and compliant personnel records
• Partner with HR leadership on reporting and analytics
• Ensure data integrity across HR systems

What's Needed:

• 3-7 years of experience as a Human Resources Coordinator or similar HR role
• Strong Excel and data analytics skills
• Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred)
• High attention to detail and confidentiality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment

• Work Model Per Week: 5 days a week onsite
