HR Generalist

HR Generalist Responsibilities:

  • Work across multiple HR functions, from hiring and onboarding to employee engagement and compliance

  • Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees understand their options and assisting with enrollments
  • Support performance management by coordinating performance reviews and development plans
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with federal and state regulations
  • Maintain HR records, manage HRIS systems, and assist with payroll-related inquiries

HR Generalist Requirements:

  • 2+ years in Human Resources, with a focus on generalist duties
  • Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices
  • Strong analytical and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll software, and recruiting platforms is a plus!
  • Ability to build relationships with employees and management at all levels
