LaSalle Network is hiring an Human Resource Coordinator for a growing logistics organization that's scaling fast and needs an expert to streamline their HR processes. This Human Resource Coordinator will support the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring every hire has a smooth start. With exciting projects underway, including HR process optimization this is a great opportunity for someone ready to make an immediate impact.

HR Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding for 10–25 new hires weekly, from background checks to I-9 verification
• Coordinate welcome communications and system setup across various HRIS software and systems
• Maintain accurate employee data across all HR systems
• Partner with hiring managers to align onboarding timelines and ensure first-day readiness
• Process offboarding and terminations with precision and compliance
• Support HR projects, audits, and efficiency initiatives

HR Coordinator Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Human Resource experience in a fast-paced environment (internships are welcomed)
• Knowledge of onboarding, I-9 compliance, and HRIS platforms
• HRIS and/or ATS knowledge or exposure required
• Meticulous attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish a plus
• Collaborative, proactive mindset with flexibility to jump in where needed
