They are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to join the North America leadership. This is a high-impact role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities, reporting to the HR Director with a dotted line to the President of the North America division.
The right candidate will be a trusted advisor, a builder of people strategies, and a hands-on operator who thrives in a lean, fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
About the Role As the Head of HR, you will own and deliver the people plan for North America, enabling the business to scale rapidly while maintaining a strong, inclusive, and high-performance culture. You will partner closely with senior leadership to shape organizational design, talent strategies, and reward programs, while also managing day-to-day HR operations.
