LaSalle Network has partnered with a national grocery store company to add remote Customer Service Representatives to their growing team. While this role is remote, you will need to be located in the Quincy, MA area. This is a full time, open ended temporary position and pay will be $17/hour. As a customer service representative, you will be handling a high volume of inbound calls each day regarding grocery delivery services. Questions you might see are if someone's items are missing or expired and you will handle those types of situations. You may also handle general in-store questions such as if a product available at a specific location or questions about when items will be restocked in a store.
