Customer Service Representative

LaSalle Network is excited to partner with a leading 3PL to hire a Customer Service Representative. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on logistics experience, grow into more advanced responsibilities, and be part of a tight-knit team that supports one another's success.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

  • Triage a shared inbox with a high volume of carrier updates, on-site issues, and shipment requests
  • Respond to ~100 daily driver and carrier calls with urgency and professionalism
  • Verify and document proof of delivery and bills of lading
  • Assign and track load numbers to ensure smooth operations

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Ability to handle large volumes of communication while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work a 12–9 p.m. hybrid schedule (3 days in office)
