LaSalle Network is excited to be partnering with a well-known national grocery retailer to grow their remote Customer Service team!

We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers with their grocery delivery and in-store needs. This is a full-time, remote role (must be based near Carlisle, PA ) with a starting pay of $15/hour.

What You'll Do

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls related to grocery delivery services
• Assist with issues such as missing or expired items
• Provide helpful answers to general store questions (product availability, restock information, etc.)
• Document calls and enter data accurately

What We're Looking For

• Prior customer service experience (call center, retail, hospitality all count!)
• Comfortable navigating Google Chrome
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

This is an open-ended temporary role with opportunity for long-term growth.
