Bilingual Jr. Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Perform high-volume data entry with speed and accuracy (10-key proficiency required)
• Edit and process documents, including PDFs (Adobe experience preferred)
• Review and reconcile contribution payments, agreements, and reports for compliance with eligibility rules
• Support overall department functions with problem-solving and critical thinking

Bilingual Jr. Service Representative Requirements:

• Strong data entry skills with proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with Adobe or PDF editing software
• Detail-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma required
