Bilingual International Logistics & Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Support corporate clients with quotes, bookings, and service updates
• Develop pricing proposals and assist with global RFQs/tenders
• Conduct market research on trade lanes, carrier trends, and customer behavior
• Create marketing materials and coordinate targeted campaigns
• Act as the main contact for assigned accounts, maintaining CRM accuracy
• Analyze sales, pricing, and market data to identify growth opportunities

Bilingual International Logistics & Sales Coordinator Requirements:

• 3+ years in international freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain
• Knowledge of carrier pricing, shipping processes, and freight operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual in English AND Spanish
