You'll become the frontline voice for customers, helping them navigate questions, updates, and service needs with confidence.

Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage a steady flow of inbound customer calls
• Provide clear, accurate information regarding products and services
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining a professional and positive tone
• Update customer profiles and documentation with precision
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as average handle time, quality assurance scores, and schedule adherence
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate toward shared goals

Bilingual Inside Sales Representative Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to problem-solve under pressure
• Comfortable working onsite full time in Naperville
• Working knowledge of computers, CRMs, or customer service software
• Previous contact center experience

Additional Information:

• $18.25/hour base pay + uncapped commission
• LaSalle Network contractors have the option to enroll in benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance
