LaSalle Network is partnering with our client to hire an Associate Service Center Agent for a hybrid opportunity in Landover, MD!

This role is a great fit for someone with strong customer service experience who enjoys helping others and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for HR-related questions, you will support employees and managers by handling phone calls and self-service tickets, resolving issues, and ensuring each interaction is documented accurately and confidentially.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related employee inquiries
• Respond to phone calls and self-service tickets
• Research and resolve questions using internal systems and policies
• Escalate more complex issues when needed
• Accurately document all interactions in the case management system
• Perform HR-related transactions with a high level of accuracy
• Assist with special projects and administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of office or customer service experience
• Strong phone, communication, and data entry skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• HR, payroll, or call center experience is a plus

Pay: $18–$20/hour Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision available for LaSalle Network contractors
