LaSalle Network is currently working with a client who is hiring for an Associate Service Center Agent. This position is onsite in their Scarborough, ME office! Our client is looking for an individual that is outgoing, open-minded, and ready to learn!

Associate Service Center Agent Responsibilities:

1. Respond to incoming phone calls or self-service tickets during scheduled times from employees, managers, terminated employees, family members, and outside agencies or vendors
2. Reference company policies and procedures and access systems to ensure accuracy of response and to offer all available information to assist with the highest level of customer service
3. Recognize when escalation to a subject matter expert or to the Supervisor is necessary
4. Record the details of each call or self-ticket. Maintain confidentiality of all information.
5. Perform HR transactions in the HR system, and other applications as appropriate, within scheduled timeframes and with a high degree of accuracy and strict adherence to written procedures

Associate Service Center Agent Requirements:

• 1-2 years' experience in similar field preferred
• High school diploma
